Combi Helio DX Lightweight Baby Stroller Review

The Combi Helio DX was the type of lightweight baby stroller our family was looking for. Our child is almost 3 and is quite large for her age. She’s a big girl indeed and we have been using two other strollers since she was born that are big and cumbersome. We wanted to get something that was roomy enough for her but not as large as the other full sized stroller we have. Our hope is to not use that one anymore. The Combi Helio works well because she likes to walk sometimes, but when she is tired she can just sit down for the ride.

We also needed a stroller that had a drink holder for her though it would have been nice to have one for myself as well. Most of the qualities of the Helio DX are great with the exception of a couple of things. The storage area underneath is not very big. We find we can only put a diaper bag under there with nothing else. The leg room is also not that great for our daughter. This is really only a problem when she falls asleep and her legs fall off of the rests and hit the wheels. Not sure how much bigger she can get and still be able to fit comfortably, but she’ll likely be out of strollers altogether soon anyways.

The things our family likes about it are the lightweight design, compact and easy folding, and very smooth ride for our baby. It’s simple to push and move around which is great compared to our prior models. Overall it is a good value for the money and will suit our family for the time being.
