The Bugaboo Frog can be used on babies from birth right on up to around 4 years of age. Other features include their 3 in one system with fully reclining seat, lightweight aluminum frame, small swivel front wheels that make pushing it a snap, reversible and removable bassinet that works well on infants, a sun canopy for blocking the elements, and a 5 point safety harness. You can also convert it into a two wheeled position when you need to traverse more difficult terrain like snow or sand.
